Q. I am looking for a manual on such-and-such a topic. Please tell me where I can find it?

A. Did you make a thorough search of our website?
Have a look in our Library first.
Or, at the top right of our site there is a search slot, and you can type key words into it.
If our site has nothing, you are left with the rest of the World Wide Web. Use a search engine (we recommend Google). If you put in some hours’ work and fail to find what you need, then by all means write to us and ask for help.
