A. We would be very pleased to know what you are doing. Please go to our contact page and send us a short summary of your manual (or tell us what you are planning). For security reasons, we do not allow you to upload a file directly to our site -- instead, if you have something we would like to see, we will write back and invite you to email it.
We can only publish materials which we think are relevant and of a good enough standard, so we may suggest re-writing, more research, or a big English edit.
